Our most common applications are for Quality Assurance and Condition Audits. Please inquire about other requirements.
Photos can be copied forward to the next inspection and updated. Photos can be identified as Action Items, or Info Only, and only the action items will be copied forward. If all issues are resolved, then the photo is not copied forward to future reports.

Our process involves understanding your current inspection process, and then working with you to define inspection forms and reports. We have 2 approaches:
- Building from blueprints: Blueprints are templates for customizable apps. There are currently 4 blueprints available - Basic, Quality Assurance, Condition Audits and InfraRed Scan reports. If one of these blueprints is close to your requirements, we work with you to define the changes required and provide a fixed-price quote.
- Fully customized: Alternatively, if you wish to duplicate your current inspection report(s), we will assess the report format, the required inputs and other factors, and provide a fixed-priced report.
Inspection apps created using one of our blueprints cost between $750 and $1500 depending on the degree of customization. The cost for a completely custom developed app can range from $500 to over $5,000 depending on complexity and the number of apps.
PLEASE NOTE: These costs are one-time development costs in addition to the monthly or annual subscription fees.
Our only business is developing inspections apps, with 14 years of experience. In addition we have created a proprietary development language that allows is to rapidly define forms, reports and app logic. This results in apps delivered at a fraction of the usual cost of custom software, at high quality.
TEAM subscriptions support multiple users sharing the same inspection data. Users are added or removed by adding or cancelling subscriptions. Subscriptions can be transferred by calling us.
A Team subscription is required to implement user roles. Standard roles are Inspector (or Observer), Reviewer (or Project Manager) and Admin. Other roles can be defined, as required. Standard permissions are:
- Admin - Add projects, Revise select lists.
- Reviewers - Access to dashboard to view, sort and filter all inspections. Assign projects to inspectors. Review and revise completed inspections.
