The Quality Assurance Report — also referred to as an Observation Report — is purpose-built for active construction and roofing replacement projects, where ongoing oversight is essential to ensuring work is completed to specification. Each report captures key project details including the client, roofing contractor, foreman, crew size, weather conditions, and a full breakdown of the roof system being installed — covering membrane type, insulation, cover board, vapour retarder, deck type, and attachment methods.
