I have had the privilege of using this reporting App since its inception 12 years ago. It has exceeded my expectations 10-fold and saved me thousands of hours of compiling reports in the office. Reports are created and distributed to the site and pertinent architects and consultants before I even leave the project site. This is a God send for engineers, architects and anyone else that carries out field reviews as a part of your scope of work.
The app itself is easy to get up and running with minimal instruction. Once you’ve played with it for an hour, you’re ready to use it and you’ll be astounded at the time savings and the positive feedback from clients on the almost instant report delivery.
A custom template is created to match your current reporting layout and created just how you want it to be. The template I use includes sequentially numbered photos with text boxes. Arrows and text boxes can be overlaid onto pictures for precise identification of areas of concern. Also includes separate ‘Observation’ and ‘Recommendation’ heading areas. Customer service is fantastic in terms of addressing any questions you may have regarding the use of or addressing problems that may arise, like getting a new phone and needing it switched over. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this app strongly enough to anyone that relies on reporting in a professional setting. You will not regret it.
